Atlas Equator XLR Interconnects has been designed based on the success of the Equator RCA cable to deliver a large three-dimensional soundstage with fine levels of resolution and protection against noise and interference.

The Equator XLR cable is based on Atlas’ multi-award winning Equator RCA interconnects cable, which is a high-performance balanced interconnect designed for electrically noisy home environments.
Equator XLR Build
Atlas’ Equator XLR is built with four central multi-core conductors of high purity OCC (Ohno Continuous Casting) copper enclosed within a low-loss foamed Polyethylene dielectric, which provides excellent resistance to RFI and noise - perfect for longer cable runs.
This unique design offers a very revealing yet neutral sound, without sounding artificial, and quieter backgrounds allow for a wider dynamic range to be produced by the cable.
Termination
The Equator XLR is terminated with Atlas’ low-mass solder-free XLR plugs, which have an efficient and consistent construction with improved audio performance.
