Description
The Chord Clearway X speaker cable that comes supplied in a 50m reel, follows on from original Clearway, which itself follows "Silver Screen". A fantastic cable, neither were an easy act to follow, but Clearway X speaker cable features significant improvements to its design and insulation to produce an even better performing cable.
OFC Conductors
Chord have managed to improve on that cable considerably and have produced a cost effective cable. The Clearway X uses OFC conductors in a multi strand configuration to bring definition and clarity to even large floorstanders.
XLPE Insulation
The XLPE insulation in Clearway X cable is an upgrade over the FEP insulation in original Clearway and is more of an improvement than you would expect from choice of insulating material.
