The ERC-4 CD player is constructed in a heavy reinforced steel chassis to offer a rugged reliability and to stop external influences from interfering with the performance. The precision tray-loading disc mechanism handles discs gently but firmly, without creating any unwanted noise.

Audiophile Grade Electronics
The ERC-4 prioritises superb sound quality by using high grade electronics such as SMPS, which ensures a silent noise floor to eliminate audible hum, Analog Devices AD1955 DACs, to deliver excellent sound quality, and low noise UL distortion LM4562 op-amps in the I/V converter, to achieve a top linearity and noise performance.
Output Connections
The ERC-4 Cd player has balanced and unbalanced analog outputs to connect to a wide variety of audio equipment, along with digital outputs so you can use the ERC-4 as a high-quality digital audio transport with a separate DAC.
Input Connections
Coaxial and optical digital audio inputs are included, each accepting stereo PCM digital audio signals up to 24/192k, and each using the same high performance DACs and high grade circuitry so you get the same top quality performances from your digital downloads and other digital audio sources.
