Linn Radikal DC Motor and Power Supply, supplied in the Akurate-style chassis for seamless matching to your existing Linn system, delivers the ultimate performance for Sondek LP12 turntables and is supplied with a brushed DC motor replacing the standard LP12 AC motor.

Merging pioneering technologies, Radikal facilitates a renewed and ground-breaking method to motor regulation along with a domineering upgrade to LP12’s performance. The system managing speed automatically monitors speed on every rotation and calibrates the motor upon powering up for consistently impeccable timing.
DC Motor
Drastic reductions in electromagnetic noise levels are enabled by the brushed metal DC motor resulting in a vast enhancement of the signal-to-noise ratio and transporting you even closer to the centre of the music.
Radikal can be used to drive the internal Urika phono stage, where fitted, in LP12 turntables. When the Radikal is working solo, it efficiently powers and controls the motor. When combined with the Urika, it becomes even more of an exceptional upgrade.
