Description
Ortofon Quintet Mono moving coil (MC) phono cartridge is the dedicated and best model in the Quintet range for playing monophonic records.
This cartridge features a Nude Elliptical stylus, which has been specifically designed to play mono microgroove vinyl records and consequently has an ability for extreme tracking accuracy, even with old worn or damaged recordings which ensures that the surface noise is controlled for.
The Ortofon Quintet Mono features a strapped output which results in the same output signal from both sets of pole pins. The strapped output practically reduces the need for mono-specific equipment, enabling you to experience authentic mono reproduction on a stereo system.
